Accompanying persons for people subscribed to the Accemo service :

Some people with reduced mobility will need to be accompanied when they travel. In this case, the presence and number of accompanying persons must be specified at the time of booking.

  • If it is a compulsory accompanying person : the fact that the disabled person must be accompanied when travelling should be specified when they subscribe to the service, under ‘assistance’. The accompanying person can then travel free-of-charge. No transport service can be provided in the absence of this person. The accompanying person does not need to be appointed by name, but must be over the age of 18, independent and have the necessary knowledge of the disability to be able to assist the user.

  • If the accompanying person is not compulsory (a family member travelling with the person without having to assist them) : this person will need to have their own valid transport ticket. They can travel at a discounted price. This person is authorised to travel on the chosen route, subject to availability.
